One of the top resorts in Florida, Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a 24 hour Security Guard at the gate to greet you plus roving patrols.

It is situated just off HWY 192 in Kissimmee, thereby ensuring that you are never far from where you want to be, whether that's the many Florida theme parks, shops or golf courses.

The resort has a fully air conditioned club house with FREE pool tables, arcade machines, fitness centre and pc suite.

The resort has a new over sized heated communal pool for you to use, with ample sun loungers around the pool area.

The communal pool / children's splash pool & spa are free to all Lake Berkley Renters.

There is a fenced off children's splash pool now open for young children to enjoy.

A heated communal hot tub is available for you to use, located adjacent to the main pool.

There is a tennis court and basketball area for your use.

14 acre natural spring lake is stocked with fish with a pier for fishing.

There are 3 lakes on the resort all stocked with fish.

Located by the main lake is a Gazebo and a childrens play area with slides and climbing frame.

Outside exercise area.

There are 10 exercise stations with full instructions for you to help with your work out.

The club house is a great way to relax and meet other people with FREE pool tables and football table.

If you want to keep up your exercise while on holiday there is a fitness studio with running machine, cross trainer and weights machine.
