This is returnable to you the minute you leave the villa and our management company inspects the property and checks an inventory. Should the villa or its contents be damaged you will be liable for the cost of the repairs or replacements even if the amount is in excess of your security bond. A non refundable 20% of the final booking value is required to secure the booking and the final 80% is required 8 weeks prior to the rental arrival date. Check in is no earlier than 4pm and check out is no later than 10am. There is a minumum rental period of 7 days, if you require less than this you will be charged for a full week. |

For those of you travelling or looking to travel to the USA on or after 12th January 2009 you need to apply online for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) to be entitled to enter the USA. You will no longer be able to travel using the current visa waiver program on board the aircraft. You must apply for an ESTA as soon as possible, please note the current regulations regarding criminal records either current or spent still apply. |
